Casey McKeel interviews hip-hop artist and activist, DevRock, in front of the site of the proposed juvenile detention center about the release of his new Mixtape. DevRock (Deverick Murray) is the Program Director of Youth Development for Leaders of a Beautiful Struggle (LBS), a for-profit, youth-led think tank, and political action committee which works toward transformative change on behalf of marginalized people in Baltimore City.
